    Day 1: Bangalore to Hampi – Overnight Journey

    • Depart from Bangalore in the evening by overnight train or sleeper bus to Hospet (nearest railway/bus station to Hampi).
    • Overnight journey through the scenic Karnataka countryside.

    Day 2: Arrival & Iconic Hampi Exploration

    • Arrive at Hospet in the morning and transfer to a hotel in Hampi. Freshen up and have breakfast. 
    • Visit Virupaksha Temple, one of the oldest functioning temples in India dedicated to Lord Shiva. 
    • Head to the Vijaya Vittala Temple, famed for the iconic Stone Chariot and musical pillars. 
    • Explore King’s Balance, Achyutaraya Temple, and the scenic Tungabhadra River ghats. 
    • Visit the Hampi Bazaar, a vibrant market area with local crafts and ancient ruins.

    • Head to Pattadakal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site featuring Chalukya temples with a mix of Dravidian and Nagara styles. 
    • Visit Aihole, often called the “cradle of Indian temple architecture,” with over 100 ancient structures. 
    • Return to Hospet by evening and rest. 
    • Overnight stay at Hospet or Hampi.
